Engineering Maintenance Solutions was established in 2004 to help address the most pressing maintenance needs of industrial customers in the United States and Latin America.  Based in South Florida, the company offers a wide range of protective coatings and materials for flooring and structural protection and/or reconstruction.

Today Engineering Maintenance Solutions, also known as EMSOL, sells its maintenance solutions and services to a wide range of customers, driven by the principle of listening to our customer's needs first.  We have a great technical support team, including NACE Certified Inspectors, and a network of trained distributors that provide outstanding local service.
