The principal of EMT Legal, Emma Trebilcock has over 15 years’ experience as a legal practitioner in some of South Australia’s leading law firms.  Prior to founding EMT Legal in 2014, Emma was employed as a Special Counsel in the insolvency and recoveries section of one of South Australia’s largest law firms.  Emma has considerable experience acting for private clients with respect to debt recovery, insolvency and complex commercial disputes and has also acted for liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy and creditors in relation to claims instituted under the Bankruptcy and Corporations Act legislative regimes.
