Tim O'Connell

Tim O'Connell's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Emtelligent since 2016. Tim also held roles at The University of British Columbia, including Vice Chair of Medical Informatics in the Department of Radiology and Clinical Assistant Professor, starting in 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Radiologist at Vancouver Coastal Health from 2013 to 2017. Tim also has experience as the Director of Engineering for Bank of Montreal Account at Bell from 2002 to 2003 and as an Account Executive and Sales Engineer at Nortel Networks from 1999 to 2001.

Tim O'Connell earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 1998. Tim then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Internetworking/Telecommunications from the same institution, completing it in 2001. Later, Tim completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2007.
