Ty Yancey

Ty Yancey is a board member at Emtrain, a company that provides online compliance training for employees. Ty was previously the founder and president of Yancey Brothers, a specialty contractor serving the greater Sacramento area. Ty also owned and operated Tuff Company, the sole inventor and manufacturer of Tuff-Glas, Tuff-Shade, and Tacky Tarp. In 2002, Tuff Company was purchased by Courtaulds International GmbH for its film technology and organically grown customer base.

Ty Yancey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy & Theirtory of Mathematics from St. John's College. Ty then attended the Universithy of California at Riverside. Ty Yancey holds a High School Diploma in College Prep from Sacramento Waldorf School. Ty has also received certification from Emtrain in Managing Unconscious Bias.
