Tess Phillips

Tess Phillips is currently a Junior Software Developer at Emu Analytics since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tess participated in a Software Development Apprenticeship at Founders and Coders from May 2023 to December 2023, where involvement in a collaborative learning environment included experience with Scrums, Github workflows, and project work for clients. Tess has also completed the Software Development Foundation, focusing on HTTP, markup, and testing through peer programming projects. Earlier career experience includes working as a Graduate Analyst at Mott MacDonald from September 2022 to February 2023, contributing to client capability transformation and developing a value profile toolkit. Tess earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Manchester between 2019 and 2022 and attended the City of London School for Girls from September 2011 to June 2018.
