Simone Calzetti

Simone Calzetti is the Sterility Assurance Head at EN-COM Srl, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at GSK from 2016 to 2021, leading a team responsible for aseptic quality and process validation, as well as managing large teams focused on environmental monitoring and microbiological analysis. Simone's earlier experience includes serving as an Aseptic Guide & Microbiological Services Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline from 2003 to 2016, where they focused on the validation of sterile processes and contributed to the installation of new departments. They earned a degree in Biotechnology from the Università degli Studi di Parma between 1999 and 2002.
