Robert Kramer

Robert Kramer serves as the Director of Government Relations for the Emergency Nurses Association since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading federal and state government relations and grassroots advocacy for a global membership of 50,000. Key achievements involve building relationships with congressional offices, monitoring legislative priorities, promoting ENA members, and overseeing a significant annual Congressional fly-in event. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Director of Federal Affairs at the Alzheimer's Association®, where advocacy focused on healthcare policy, and as Director of Government Relations at Jennifer Bell + Partners. Additionally, Robert worked as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, managing major domestic policy portfolios and advising on health care legislation. Robert holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Auburn University.
