Cédric D.

Cédric D. is an expert in contracting with extensive experience in legal roles across various organizations. From 2007 to 2009, Cédric worked as a juriste for Ville de Bruxelles, followed by a position in the same role at FOD Mobiliteit en Vervoer from 2009 to 2012. Cédric later served as a juriste at Enabel from 2017 to 2020, specializing in development cooperation and contracting in multiple countries, including Niger, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as Tanzania and Mozambique. Cédric holds a degree in public and administrative law from Université libre de Bruxelles, earned between 2000 and 2003.
