Céline Baes

Céline Baes is an intervention manager and project manager specializing in civic participation, currently working at Enabel. From 2006 to 2010, Céline developed skills as a holiday stage animator at ASBL Toboggan. Between 2014 and 2020, they served as a regional representative at KIYO, managing programs focused on empowerment and development. Céline has also held roles at organizations such as the Lutheran World Federation and Belgian Technical Cooperation, where they demonstrated expertise in project management, monitoring, and capacity building. They earned a Master's degree in Development Cooperation from Université libre de Bruxelles in 2009.
