Daniel Opio is a Sector Expert in Labour Rights and Social Dialogue at Enabel, where they contribute technical expertise to enhance project performance in line with national and international standards. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an Assistant Lecturer at Makerere University in the Department of Development Studies from 2012 to 2022, and as a Policy and Research Officer at the Federation of Uganda Employers from 2016 to 2022. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Development Studies with a focus on Social Justice Perspective from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a BA in Development Studies from Makerere University.
