Ousmane Pouye has extensive experience in agricultural value chain development and research, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. Notable positions include responsibilities as a Business Unit Manager for the mAgri platform at Manobi, a Local Researcher at the Chaire en information juridique de l’Université de Montréal, and a Project Manager at Gret focused on family farming and information access in Senegal. Current engagement as an Expert in the development of sectors at Enabel follows roles as a Value Chain Development Advisor at Broederlijk Delen VZW and multiple consulting roles with Oxfam and ACTED, where analyses of economic potentials in various African regions were conducted. Ousmane Pouye holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics and a Master's in Agro-business Development from ENSA-Thiès and Université Cheikh Anta Diop respectively, supplemented by a certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship from CESAG Business School.
