Florian Doleschal

Florian Doleschal is a Team Leading MES Consultant at Enabl3, specializing in the integration of manufacturing execution systems in the pharmaceutical industry. Florian has contributed to Engineers without Borders Germany as a member of the Strategy Board and co-lead of the Magdeburg chapter, working on projects like "Maji Moto" to improve health and hygiene in Tanzania. Florian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Electrical Engineering from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Previously, they were a scientific researcher at Otto von Guericke University, developing machine-learning models for vehicle acoustics, and they completed a consulting project for major automotive companies, culminating in a doctoral degree on the subject.
