Emmalina Cohen currently serves as Co-Lead Private Equity for People Consulting at EY, where responsibilities include addressing workforce issues for Private Equity funds throughout the investment lifecycle. Prior roles at EY include Director in HR M&A and Restructuring, Senior Manager for HR M&A Transactions, Associate Director leading support for acquisitions in EMEIA and APAC, and Assistant Director in the internal HR M&A team.
