Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager and previously as a Senior Events Co-ordinator and Wedding & Functions Co-ordinator at Enable since April 2021, Lauren has honed expertise in lead generation, event coordination, and execution. Prior experience includes roles as Sales & Events Manager at Donnington Manor Hotel and Weddings & Events Co-ordinator at Kingswood Golf & Country Club Ltd. Lauren's operational skills were developed further as Deputy Manager at The Barn Pub & Restaurant and Restaurant Manager at Cabbages & Kings, where strategic business development was emphasized. Lauren's career also began in sales and marketing roles, alongside a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Managing Performance from the University of Leeds.

This includes everything from managing local parks to staging public and private events, from running sports and community facilities to organising local health programmes.
