Stuart Jackson

Stuart Jackson is the Chief Operating Officer at Enable Investment Holdings and the Managing Director at Enable Hire, where they have been dedicated to driving success since 2016. They previously served as a Commercial Director at BCM Construction from 2015 to 2021 and held several senior commercial management roles at Network Rail between 2013 and 2014, overseeing significant re-signalling and electrification projects. Stuart began their career in 2002 at Shepherd Construction Ltd, transitioning from an undergraduate to a Quantity Surveyor. They hold a BSC (HONS) in Construction Management from Coventry University, which they completed in 2002.
