They have held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Avery Dennison Corporation and Epredia, overseeing significant budgets and teams while driving process improvements that resulted in substantial reductions in customer complaints and product registration timelines. Mark's accomplishments include successful global quality strategy deployments and compliance with diverse regulatory standards. Currently, they are pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Kettering University and the Weatherhead School of Management, respectively.
