Doug Sinclair

Doug Sinclair is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in instrumentation and electrical engineering, project management, and system automation. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer I&E at Energy Transfer since December 2021, Doug previously held the role of Lead Design Engineer at Enable Midstream Partners from July 2011. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Shaffer, Kline & Waren Inc. and Process Instrumentation Technician at Imation. Doug also worked as a Plant Engineering Systems Technician at 3M, contributing significantly to plant maintenance operations. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and has pursued further education at Howard Payne University.
