Frank Antoine

Frank Antoine began their work experience as a Project Engineer at Valley Steel Products in 1980. Frank then moved on to Mississippi River Transmisssion in 1984, where they served as a Project Engineer until 1986. In 1987, they joined Enable Mississippi River Transmission, LLC as an Operations Manager, a role they held until 1996. Antoine then joined CenterPoint Energy in 1996, initially serving as the Director of Operations until 1999. Frank then became the Director of Project Services from 1999 to 2002, and eventually the Vice President of Operations from 2003 to 2013. In 2013, Antoine joined Enable Midstream Partners as the Vice President of Operations until 2018, and then they were promoted to Senior Vice President Operations in 2019.

Frank Antoine obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Frank later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university, completing their studies from 1984 to 1988.
