Declan Thomas serves as the Contract and Operations Manager at Enable, a Fujitsu Company, since June 2021, overseeing contract renewals, operations, and client satisfaction in the ANZ region within the CASE practice. Previously, Declan held the position of Lead CASE Consultant at Enable Professional Services, an esteemed partner of ServiceNow. Declan's earlier experience includes roles as Service Assurance Manager and Manager of Enterprise Product Management with the Department of Housing and Public Works in Queensland, as well as various leadership positions at Commonwealth Bank, including Team Leader for Home Loan Service and Personal Loan Sales. Declan began the professional journey at Bike Obsession as Workshop Manager and held the Store Manager role at 99 Bikes, following customer service positions at Woolworths Limited. Declan completed education at The Gap State High School from 2005 to 2009.
