Daniel Jackson

Managing Director of Central Support Services at Enable Resource Group

Daniel Jackson has been working in the IT industry since 2008. Daniel began their career at GC Services as an IT Help Desk Analyst and Technical Analyst, and was promoted to Supervisor of I.T. Customer Interaction Solutions. In this role, they assumed project management duties, identified process weaknesses, and prepared and executed I.T. strategies. Daniel also operated, maintained, and administered multiple systems platforms and data center hardware. In 2015, they took on a contract role as an IT Consultant - Verint Systems Engineer at PARC Consulting, LLC. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Verint Systems Engineer, Sr. at PARC Consulting, LLC. In 2019, they moved to Aldridge as the Director of Support and Senior Technical Engineer (L3). Currently, they are the Managing Director of Central Support Services and a Senior Network Engineer, Strategy Consultant at Enable Ministry Partners.

Daniel Jackson obtained their Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2019. Prior to that, they attended the University of Houston for Computer Information Systems, but did not graduate. In addition, they obtained a Security and Identity Fundamentals certification from Qwiklabs in July 2018 and a Google Cloud Platform Essentials certification from Google Cloud Certified in March 2018.
