Pratik Patel

Pratik Patel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and banking solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Enable Technologies since February 2024, Pratik has previously held significant roles including Consulting Architect at Terafina from October 2018 to March 2024 and Deputy Vice President at NSDL Payments Bank, where responsibilities included leading core banking and business solutions from August 2016 to October 2018. Prior to that, Pratik worked as a Product Manager at OFSS from 2004 to 2016. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
