Andrew Ching

Andrew Ching has over two decades of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Their most recent position is Director of Engineering at Enable, where they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Coupa Software from November 2020 to March 2022. From 2019 to 2020, Andrew was a Software Development Manager at LLamasoft, Inc. Before that, they spent seven years at AMAG Technology as a Development Manager, overseeing teams of software developers, QA professionals, and hosting infrastructure personnel. Andrew also has experience as an Application Support and Maintenance Manager and User Interface Resource Pool Lead at UCAS, where they managed developer teams and focused on service improvement and development process definition. Andrew began their career at QinetiQ and Defence Evaluation Research Agency as a Programme Manager, Software Consultant, and Software Engineer.

Andrew Ching attended Malvern, The Chase from 1992 to 1996. However, the field of study and degree received during this time are unknown. From 1996 to 1999, Andrew pursued a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Systems with Business Studies at Bangor University.
