Chris McCarthy

Implementation Lead at Enable

Chris McCarthy is the current Implementation Lead at Enable. Prior to this, Chris was with Arizona State University College of Nursing & Health Innovation where they co-designed in-person experiences for healthcare executive fellows, taught principles of innovation infrastructure, and coached fellows.

Before their time at Arizona State University, Chris was the Executive Director & Founder of The Innovation Learning Network (ILN), a healthcare innovation consortium of 40+ international healthcare organizations, design firms, and foundations. With the ILN, Chris designed and convened in-person conferences, virtual learning, and other events for healthcare executives and innovators. They also coached healthcare executives on innovation and design.

Chris McCarthy started their educational career by obtaining a BS in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Chris then went on to obtain an MBA from the same school. After working for a few years, they decided to further their education by obtaining an MBA Exchange from Copenhagen Business School. Chris also obtained an MPH in Health Policy from University of Massachusetts Amherst. Lastly, they completed an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

Chris McCarthy reports to Ben Summerskill, Customer Success Manager. They work with Joshua Clark - Secondment, Noushin Siddique - Implementation Lead.
