Ellen Puhalovich

Ellen Puhalovich is an Associate Implementation Analyst at Enable since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing customer success projects, developing project plans, and supporting complex solution implementations. Previously, Ellen gained experience as a CO-OP Student at Metrolinx, conducting user data analysis and leading user acceptance testing for digital products. Ellen also served as a Service Desk Assistant and IT Assistant at the University of Toronto, handling resident inquiries and providing technical support. Ellen began a career in leadership and communication as a Performing Arts Counselor at Camp Waziyatah. Ellen holds a Master of Information in User Experience Design and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto.
