Phil Davis serves as the President of Enable since April 2025, a SaaS platform focused on maximizing the value of commercial agreements. Since February 2024, Phil also acts as a Senior Advisor at Vista Equity Partners, providing insights on value creation for enterprise software investments. Previously, Phil was the Chief Financial Officer at ConsenSys from April 2022 to December 2023, where leadership spanned finance and treasury during a transformative period. From April 2015 to April 2022, Phil held dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Operating Officer at Afiniti, guiding the organization through significant growth and global expansion. Earlier career experience includes leading strategic advisory initiatives at Goldman Sachs from December 2009 to March 2015. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Math from Brown University, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
