Radek Gorski

Radek Gorski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Radek is currently working as a Customer Success Director at Enable since 2022. Previously, they worked at Profectus Group from 2014 to 2022, where they held the roles of Director, Retail Technology, and Product Project Manager. Radek also worked at Datalytics Limited as a General Manager from 2012 to 2014, leading the growth of the company and establishing local offices in Warsaw. At Profectus Group, they worked as a Finance & Project Manager from 2006 to 2012, overseeing a team of analysts and managing client relationships. Before that, Radek served as an Information Systems & Service Delivery Manager at Profit Instinct Pty Ltd from 2002 to 2006, and as a Finance Manager at Entertainment Finance Group Pty Ltd from 2000 to 2002. Radek began their career as an Associate at Howard Schultz & Associates from 1998 to 2000. Throughout their career, Radek has displayed strong leadership skills, consistently delivering measurable outcomes and fostering open and honest environments.

Radek Gorski has a strong educational background in accounting and business/management. From 2007 to 2009, they attended CPA Australia and obtained a degree in Certified Practicing Accountant. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, Radek pursued their Masters of Professional Accounting at RMIT University, specializing in accounting, information systems, and knowledge management. Radek'sfoundational education in the field of finance began at Monash University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree in banking and finance from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Radek Gorski has also obtained certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In November 2021, they achieved the PRINCE2 Agile\u00ae Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The following year, in November 2020, they obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from Scrum.org. These additional certifications demonstrate Radek's commitment to staying updated with industry best practices and their dedication to improving their knowledge and expertise in the field.
