Tom Ross completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham. Prior to that, they completed A-Levels at Alcester Grammar School.

Their manager is Matt Haynes, Customer Success Manager. They work with Corey Manns - Implementation Analyst, Lukasz Bardzinski - Implementation Analyst.
