Patty Penuell

Patty Penuell, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, having held key positions in various organizations. From November 1998 to July 2006, Patty served as the Director of Human Resources at Symphony Health Services, which was later acquired by RehabCare Group, where Patty continued as the Director of Human Resources and HR Consultant from July 2006 to June 2008. Following this, Patty worked as the HRIS Director at Anthony Patrick Consulting from July 2008 to May 2010, before becoming the HR Business Partner at American Radiology Services from May 2010 to January 2012. Patty then joined Centric Business Systems, Inc. as both Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2021 to February 2022. Currently, Patty is the Vice President of Human Resources at EnableComp, a role undertaken since February 2022. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained from 1988 to 1992.
