Rick Jenkins

Rick Jenkins has extensive experience in both ministry and customer service roles. From March 2009 to January 2015, Rick served as Worship and Student Pastor at Sunset Hills Baptist Church, overseeing budgeting and ministry operations, and organizing mission trips. Prior roles include Student Pastor at First Baptist Church, where Rick significantly increased attendance and developed innovative programs, as well as positions at Hillview Baptist Church, where Rick transitioned worship styles and managed youth activities. Rick's background also includes experience in banking as a Mortgage Loan Collection Specialist and in sales with AIG and Clayton Homes. Most recently, from January 2025 to April 2023, Rick held multiple positions at EnableComp, including Manager of Training Operations, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and train teams effectively.
