Scott Rubin

Scott Rubin has extensive work experience in financial and tax roles. Scott currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Enabled Intelligence, Inc, a position they started in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a CPA and Sole Practitioner at Scott N. Rubin, CPA, a role they held since January 2020.

Before starting their own practice, Scott worked at NVR, Inc. for nearly two decades, starting in June 2001. During their time there, they held the position of Director of Tax and Insurance.

Prior to joining NVR, Inc., Scott worked as a Senior Tax Analyst at Snyder Communications from September 1997 to March 2001. Scott began their career as a Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen, LLP in January 1997 and worked there until August 1997.

Scott Rubin attended the University of Maryland from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business with a field of study in Accounting. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education by attending American University from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Masters degree with a field of study in Taxation. In addition to their formal education, Scott Rubin also obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA in March 1997.
