Chief Software Engineer at Enabled Robotics

Thomas Iversen has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas started their career in 2011 as a Website Usertester at UserTribe. In 2013, they worked as a Studentermedhjælper at Blue Ocean Robotics and as a Hardware and Software Engineer at Odense University Hospital.

From 2014 to 2017, Thomas served as a PhD Student and later as a Videnskabelig assistent at Det Tekniske Fakultet, Syddansk Universitet. In 2017, they transitioned to a role as a Robot System Engineer at Enabled Robotics and continued until 2019 when they became a Software Manager. Thomas then joined Det Tekniske Fakultet, Syddansk Universitet again in 2019 as an External Lecturer until 2020.

Their career progressed at Enabled Robotics, where they became the Chief Software Engineer in 2021. Thomas currently holds this position, leveraging their expertise in software engineering and robot systems.

Thomas Iversen completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

1. From 2006 to 2009, they studied at Kold College, HTX, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics as an HTX Student.

2. From 2009 to 2014, they attended the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Robotics.

3. In 2016, Thomas Iversen briefly served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Technology Sydney, specializing in Robotics.

4. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Robotics at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark.
