Robert Cain

Robert Cain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including retail and digital commerce. Currently, Robert serves as Managing Director at both iKOU and enablesGROUP, where the focus is on driving enterprise growth through talent and outsourced services. Previous positions include General Manager roles at VTEX and Overdose Digital, as well as General Manager for Katies at Noni B Group, where significant profit turnaround and customer-centric strategies were implemented. Robert’s career also encompasses roles in commercial management, omnichannel strategy, and brand management at notable companies such as Woolworths Limited and David Jones. Robert holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and has completed the David Jones Executive Leadership Program.
