Nicolas Marques

Nicolas Marques has a diverse work experience, starting as a Head Chef at Up South Bondi from July 2018 to December 2019. Nicolas then worked as an Operations Coordinator at Onsite Doctor from September 2021 to November 2021, where they played a crucial role in handling the COVID-19 outbreak in Sydney.
