Richard Dodd

Richard Dodd is a retail and technology expert currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Enactor Limited since 2015. With over 20 years of experience in grocery, fashion, and hospitality, they have held key roles at Tesco, BT Expedite, and Screach, where they led transformative initiatives in retail systems and omni-channel solutions. Dodd has a strong background in strategic IT program management, having successfully upgraded Tesco's store systems globally, and has been instrumental in developing customer-centric retail businesses. They earned a BA(Hons) in Organisational Analysis and Design from the University of Hull and a MSc in Software Engineering from Bournemouth University.
