Raphael Lima Santos

Raphael Lima Santos possesses extensive experience in production supervision and administrative support. Starting as an Administrative Assistant at Martins from March 2006 to March 2008, responsibilities included contracting procedures, payment approvals, and training at branches. Since April 2008, Raphael has served as Production Supervisor at Enaex Britanite, where key contributions involve technical responsibility for the Escada Plant, project management for the S11D VALE Emulsion Plant startup, production planning and control, quality assurance, maintenance planning, report generation, personnel management, and the implementation of safety and productivity-enhancing processes. Academically, Raphael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from UNIMINAS (2001-2005) and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from IBPEX (2012-2014).
