Bill Heilman

Bill Heilman has extensive work experience in the field of business development and consultancy. Bill started their career in 1981 as a Manager of Technology Licensing at FMC Corp. Bill then moved on to American Cyanamid in 1985, where they served as the Director of Technology Licensing until 1994. Bill joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 1994 and held the position of VP of Technology Assessment & Licensing until 2001. Bill then worked at Morphotek, Inc. from 2000 to 2002 as the Director of Business Development. In 2004, they joined Enamine Ltd. as the Business Development Director. Bill was later employed as a Consultant at Biocon from 2008 to 2015. Bill also served as a Consultant at Sayre Therapeutics from 2015 to 2019. Their most recent role was as a Consultant at AgroThetis, where they worked from 2012 until 2020.

Bill Heilman has a strong educational background in the field of medicinal chemistry. Bill obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Muskingum University in 1970. Bill pursued further studies and completed their PhD in Medicinal Chemistry at The Ohio State University from 1970 to 1974. Following this, they gained valuable experience by working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zürich from 1974 to 1975, specializing in Medicinal Chemistry.
