Florian Baur

Florian Baur has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as the Chemistry Process Manager at Enapter, where they are responsible for the set-up of R&D Chemistry at the facility in Saerbeck. Florian also held a Substitute Professorship and a Lecturer position at FH M\u00fcnster from 2018-2022, and was a Research and Development Expert at Coherent in 2018. From 2011-2018, they were a Lab Manager and Research Assistant at M\u00fcnster University of Applied Sciences, where they managed the \"Merck-Lab\" and was responsible for synthesis and optical characterization of newly developed luminescent materials. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor thesis internship at Mondi Group, and in 2007 they worked as a subcontractor at Hermes.

Florian Baur obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemieingenieurwesen from FH M\u00fcnster in 2010. Florian then obtained a Master of Science in Chemieingenieurwesen from the same institution in 2012. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of rer. nat. in Chemie from the University of M\u00fcnster in 2017.
