Mateus Tessler

Mateus Tessler, CGE, currently serves as a board member at Enauta since May 2023 and has held a position in alternative investments at Jive Investments since May 2013, focusing on distressed investments including precatórios, legal claims, corporate non-performers, and real estate. Previously, Mateus was an advisor at SP Ventures and managed private equity initiatives at DLM Invista Asset Management from May 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included formulating the DLM Brasil TI private equity fund and raising approximately R$ 180 million. In addition, Mateus was a board member at Imeve Medicamentos Animal, guiding the company through capital structure adjustments and leadership changes. Prior experience includes roles as a fund manager at Invest Tech, an M&A analyst at Deloitte, and an intern in the legal department at PRODAM. Mateus holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and further qualifications in financial management from Insper and venture capital from the Venture Capital Institute.
