Joel Johnson

Joel Johnson is a seasoned management consultant and program manager with extensive experience in data transformation, business intelligence, and process improvement. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Enbrec, LLC since 2011, Joel has held notable roles as a product owner for enterprise platforms and has contributed to organizations such as Securian Financial and CUNA Mutual Group. Joel's previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at OnApproach and Virtual CIO at both E&M SERVICES LLC and Mitchells Oilfield Service. Joel holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, as well as having studied at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
