Aly Root

Aly Root is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and internal communications. Currently serving as the Manager of Stakeholder Engagement for Enbridge in the Southeast Region, Aly previously held roles such as Internal Communications Strategist at Enbridge and Strategic Communications Manager at HDR, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing public outreach plans, and providing communication consulting services across various industries. Prior experience includes positions at Spectra Energy, where Aly was the Senior Communications Specialist responsible for enhancing internal and external communications strategies, and at Swagelok Central Houston. Aly holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and English from The University of Alabama.
