Anna Olson is an experienced professional in change management, communication, and organizational development. Currently serving as Change and Communication Lead at Enbridge, Anna oversees change management and communications for various technology and process-related projects while following the Prosci ADKAR approach. As the Founder of AMO Consulting, Anna provides leadership coaching and training in areas such as organizational culture and emotional intelligence. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Blue Shield of California, where Anna redesigned performance management systems, and Organizational Development Manager at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
