Dr. Charles Sinkala

Dr. Charles Sinkala serves as the Honorary Consul of Ukraine to Zambia since April 2023, appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to fulfill consular functions in Lusaka. Dr. Sinkala is also the Chief Executive Officer of Akata Holdings (Pty) Ltd, where leadership spans various regions, achieving 100% and 99% mission objectives in Zambia and the DRC, respectively, while overseeing projects in West and Central Africa. Additionally, Dr. Sinkala holds roles as President of Africa 55 States and the SADC Business Forum, as well as a Policy Analyst for SABC and International Relations Consultant for eNCA. The Dr. Charles Sinkala Foundation, founded in 1977, reflects Dr. Sinkala's philosophy of "Sinkalaism," focusing on empowerment through health, education, and purpose. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Africa, a Doctor of Philosophy from Cornell University, and ongoing studies for a Master of Laws at Harvard University.
