Gareth Edwards

Gareth Edwards is a seasoned news anchor and media professional with extensive experience at eNCA since June 2008, where Gareth currently hosts "The South African Morning," the nation's most watched morning news show, alongside Tumelo Mothotoane. Edwards also served as a sports anchor, writer, and producer, responsible for researching and producing sports stories, writing scripts, and preparing for interviews. Additionally, Gareth held the position of Media Company Director at Untamed Media (PTY) Ltd LLC from September 2019 to April 2023. Edwards holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of South Africa, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
