Heidi Giokos is a seasoned news professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and journalism. Currently serving as a News Anchor and Business Correspondent at eNCA since February 2017, Heidi has also contributed to the International Monetary Fund as a Fellow for a week-long programme in April 2021. Previous roles include Multimedia Reporter at The Star News, Labour Reporter at Independent Newspapers, and Reporter at Caxton Local Newspapers. Heidi began their career as a News Reader at Ujfm and gained initial experience as an intern at CNBC Africa. Heidi holds an Honours Degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Johannesburg.
