Andy Hardin has worked in the technology industry since 2000. Andy began their career as a Help Desk Technician at the University of Evansville before moving on to become an Information Technology Specialist at Oncology Hematology Associates of Southwest Indiana. In 2004, they joined InGen Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Associate. In 2013, they joined IQVIA as an Associate Director and Architect. In 2019, they were hired as a Senior Software Developer at Remarque Systems. In 2021, they joined Real Chemistry as Senior Director, Technology Services and Hū as Senior Director, Project Management. In 2022, they began working at Encamp as a Principal Engineer and Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer.
Andy Hardin received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Evansville in 2004. In 2012, they obtained a certification from Microsoft in TS: Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
