Jonathan Schmoll

Jonathan Schmoll has worked in the technology industry since 1997. Jonathan began their career at Ford Motor Company as an Information Technology Specialist, where they assisted with modernizing their PC infrastructure. In 1999, they moved to Clayton Group Services as a Database Developer, where they designed and created an environmental database for the United States Postal Service. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation as a Database Developer, creating software used in a broad range of automotive aftermarket applications. In 2006, they joined ProModel Corporation as a Software Engineer and then Product Team Director, where they were responsible for the development of the Army Force Generation Synchronization Tool (AST). In 2016, Jonathan began working at BigBear.ai as Director of Innovation and Director of Software Development, leading the Innovation Lab and writing program proposals and white papers. Jonathan is currently employed at Encamp as Director of Engineering.

Jonathan Schmoll holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Jonathan also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, Jonathan holds several certifications, including a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in December 2021, a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5) from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in January 2021, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in June 2012, and an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in June 2021.
