Dan Puyleart

Dan Puyleart is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry with a strong background in research and development, analytical testing, and team leadership. Currently serving as Technology Development Manager in R&D at Encapsys since March 2019, Dan oversees a team of scientists focused on product development and innovation. Previous roles include Analytical Leader at Encapsys, where Dan directed the Analytical Services team, and Technical Director at Heresite Protective Coatings, managing research activities and regulatory compliance. Dan also has significant experience from Schreiber Foods as R&D Lab Team Leader, Appvion, Inc. as Senior Analytical Chemist, and Pioneer Metal Finishing as Chemist.
