Nick Hooper

Nick Hooper is an experienced project manager with a robust background in leading capital projects and initiatives in the consumer products and manufacturing sectors. Currently, at Encapsys since March 2022, Nick manages multiple capital projects. Previously, at Kimberly-Clark from December 2010 to March 2022, Nick served as a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader, overseeing key product launches and enhancing processes despite challenges posed by COVID-19. Other roles at Kimberly-Clark included Continuous Improvement/LEAN Coordinator, where Nick developed strategic frameworks and training programs, and R&E Engineering/Project Leader, where extensive project oversight was delivered. Prior experience includes positions at Voith AG and Miller Electric Mfg. Co., showcasing strong leadership, operational efficiency, and project engineering skills.
