Dan O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan began their career as a Cashier/Courtesy Clerk at Kroger from July 2010 to August 2014. In November 2014, they co-founded ScribeAlive, where they served as the CFO, focusing on building strong client relationships and excelling in the explainer video industry. In June 2014, they also worked as a Market Research Analyst, managing multiple projects and analyzing customer data to identify potential markets and assess customer satisfaction.
Dan's career took a different direction in May 2015 when they joined Encartele as a Finance Project Manager, where they contributed to financial tools development and project management. Dan then progressed to the role of Vice President of Operations in January 2018, overseeing day-to-day operations within the company until December 2022.
Currently, Dan holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Encartele, starting from January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for setting goals, developing plans for business growth, and implementing new market initiatives. Dan also focuses on product development and ensuring the company's focus aligns with customer needs. Additionally, Dan utilizes financial tools such as PowerBI and Power Apps to automate tasks and drive company efficiencies. Dan is also involved in launching several companies to supplement the correctional space.
Dan O'Neill attended Millard South High School from 2008 to 2012. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA). Their degree included concentrations in BSAD-Banking, BSAD-Business Finance, and BSAD-Investment Science & Portfolio Management.
