Aline Marques

Director, People & Culture at Encepta

Aline Marques has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aline started their career as a Forensic Chemist at Polícia Federal, where they managed sensitive and confidential records and conducted laboratory tests for criminal investigations. Afterward, they worked as a Research Intern at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they developed nanomodified composites and nanoparticle-doped polymeric nanomembranes for various applications. Aline then joined AppProva as a Natural Sciences Coordinator, where they trained and coordinated a research team and produced learning material for exams. Aline later transitioned to Better Buy Chairs, serving as a Project Coordinator responsible for project organization, coordination of logistics, and budget monitoring. Aline's most recent role was at Encepta, where they initially worked as an Administrator/Executive Assistant, supporting the leadership team and managing daily communications and logistics. Aline then became a Digital Manager, overseeing project management of digital files and collaborating on leadership and culture challenges. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Culture & Digital Solutions at Encepta, where they drive culture, branding messaging, and cross-functional projects. Throughout their career, Aline has demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aline Marques has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Aline has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they acquired a certification for Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services (WES). Aline also completed the Occupational First Aid Level 1 course offered by WorkSafeBC in February 2020.

Aline further enhanced their skills by attending the Effective Communications and Human Relations program provided by Dale Carnegie Training, although the exact completion date is not specified. In September 2021, they obtained the Cybersecurity at Work certification through LinkedIn. Additionally, they completed the Alacrity Academy Digital Marketing Bootcamp in December 2021.

The most recent certification obtained by Aline is the Innovation Governance Program - Level 1 from the Innovation Governance Program, which was completed in June 2023.
